Sending an ACH/Wire

Swypers can make an ACH/Wire transfer to an external account by following the steps outlined below. Note: All following steps work interchangeably with both ACH Push & Wire transfers.

Step 1.

Open your Swype app -> Tap on Banking widget

Step 2.

Once in Banking widget, click on the bottom right vertical arrow button

Step 3.

Select Wire/ACH Push which will then take you the Contacts page

Step 4.

Now that you're in the Contacts page, you can proceed by either:

• Selecting a contact, or

• Creating a new contact

When creating a new contact, users will need to fill out the following:

• Name

• Email

• Phone

• A nickname (optional)

• Account number

• Routing number

• Account type

• The receiving person's address

If you enter incorrect information and send out a payment, you might be charged fees for the returned transaction. Please make sure all information here is accurate to avoid delays or fees

Step 5.

Now that you have added a contact, you can then select contact, enter amount, and click send

Step 6.

Enter the amount you'd like to send

Step 7.

Review before you send and then swype to confirm

Note: when making your ACH push transfer you can do 'Same Day' ($5 Transfer fee), or 'Next Day' ($1 Transfer fee)

Wire Transfers

Complete Steps 1-3 to do the same for Wire transfers

Note: For Wire transfers, the Transfer fee is set at $5 'Domestic'.
